Booking air transportation

6.1 Reservation requirements
 

6.1.1 CRS/GDS shall be applied for reservation. It is possible to make reservation of place and baggage for the flight using mobile phone, web-site www.windrose.aero. specialized self-service machines and  the other methods.

Compulsory condition for the usage of such methods of reservation is reflection of the conducted reservation in the airline’s reservation system.

6.1.2 Reservation shall be carried within the terms and according to the order established by the air carrier. Entering passport data of the passenger to the reservation is done in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international agreements of Ukraine.

6.1.3 Reservation of a seat on the flight and transportation vessel for transportation of excess baggage to the determined flight and data are the compulsory condition for the transportation of the passenger and excess baggage using the air transport.

6.1.4 The air carrier or its sales agent, who is conducting reservation, shall inform the passenger (his/her representative) on the terms of application of tariff, using which the reservation was done, the terms of payment and carriage and of possible changes in the flight schedule.

The passenger that is conducting the reservation using the web-site www.winclrose.aero. shall  get acquainted with the stated information independently.

The information about changes in the flight schedule the air carrier shall introduce into CRS/GDS not later than 8 hours before the departure. In the other case the sales agent is not responsible for the timely informing of the passenger about air carrier flight schedule changes. The liability regarding informing the passengers in case of introduction of the information regarding changes in the flight schedule less than 8 hours before departure is put on the air carrier.

6.1.5 The reservation shall be deemed as preliminary and in case of need can be cancelled with obligatory warning about it of the passenger until the passenger (his/her representative) paid the full cost of transportation.

6.1.6 If the passenger (his/her representative) has not paid the full cost of transportation within the period determined by the airline or its sales agent, the reservation is cancelled without notice to the passenger.
6.1.7 If the passenger does not show up for the flight (check-in or boarding - «No-Show») where he/she has confirmed reservations and fails to inform the air carrier about changes in his/her travel in advance, the air carrier shall be entitled to cancel the reservation for this flight and for the next segments of the route and/or the return flights.

6.2 Passenger personal data
 

6.2.1 In the course of reservation the passenger informs the air carrier or his/her sales agent own personal data and if necessary provides information about special conditions of carriage.

During reservation the passenger is obliged to provide the air carrier or his/her sales agent with reliable data regarding own phone number, address and other possible means of communications according to the rules of the air carrier with the aim of assurance of timely informing of the passenger.

In case of impossibility to establish connection with the passenger according to the provided data and in case of documentary fixing of this fact by the air carrier the passenger is personally responsible for the circumstances of failure to promptly inform regarding the changes in the transportation. Introduction to the reservation of the contact details of the sales agent instead of contact details of the passenger is prohibited.  Sales agent is responsible for the lack in the reservation of necessary persona and contact details of the passenger.

6.2.2 In case of passenger refusal to provide necessary for reservation information the reservation is not performed.

6.2.3 Protection and processing of the personal data of the passenger during reservation of the air transportation is performed according to the legislation of Ukraine and country of the destination of air carriage.

Providing own personal data during reservation, the passenger by doing so authorizes the air carrier and provides consent to personal data processing, storage and transfer of own personal data to the third parties with the aim of reservation or reissuance of the transportation, handling of flights and passengers, receipt of additional services, arrangement of baggage search and warning/detection of fraud with the shipping documents, provision of information help regarding entry/departure along the traffic itinerary and passenger escorting.

6.3 Provision of seat
 

6.3.1 Reservation of passenger transportation can be made with or without allocation of a specific seat on board an aircraft.

6.3.2 The air carrier shall be entitled to change the given place to the passenger for reasons of security and/or due to technical reasons.

6.3.3 In case of purchase by the passenger of the ticket with the open date the reservation of the seats to the flight is carried in accordance with the usual procedure.

In case of reference of the passenger that has the ticket with the open flight date with request to provide the seat on the flight where there are no free seats, the air carrier or its sales agent is obliged to propose to the passenger to conduct reservation for the immediate flight where there are free places.

6.3.4 Priority right and out-of-order right for seat reservation on the flight shall be defined according to legislation of Ukraine. Air carrier can make additions to the list of persons that have the priority and out-of-order right for the seats on the flight.   

6.3.5 If the passenger wishes to conduct flight on the certain seat in the air plane the airline company has the right to charge the established by it duty for that.

6.4 Reconfirmation of the reservation of the return departure
 

6.4.1 Air carrier shall be entitled to require from passengers to reconfirm their return flight in cases foreseen by the air carrier rules. If the air carriage agreement foresees several segments of the flight route, reconfirmation of the return flight can be requested for each itinerary segment.

Air carrier shall inform the passenger regarding the conditions, manner and term of the confirmation of reservation of return flight during reservation and/or ticket issuance.

6.4.2 Reconfirmation of return flight shall not be required if the return flight departs in less than 72 hours or if the flight reservation is done less than 72 hours before departure of the flight according to the schedule.  

6.4.3 If the passenger does not meet the requirements regarding reconfirmation of the return flight the air carrier has the right to cancel the unconfirmed reservation, but not less than 72 hours before the departure of the flight according to the schedule.

6.5 Reservation and sale of the transportation through Internet network
 

6.5.1 It is possible to reserve the tickets though Internet network using the web-site of the air carrier www.windrose.aero or sales agents.  

6.5.2 The ordering of the ticket is the confirmation that the user agrees with the terms of the air carriage agreement, is familiar with the Rules and conditions of the air carrier and also conditions of use of the tariffs.

6.5.3 After conduct of reservation and payment for the transportation the Itinerary/Receipt and/or Additional services receipt and conditions of the agreement for transportation between passenger that is stated in the Itinerary/Receipt and air carrier are sent to the user’s email stated in the reservation.

6.5.4 The passenger can not independently cancel paid and issued reservation through Internet network. This operation is done by the air carrier or sales agent provided that the customer filed an application for recovery of the costs.

6.5.5 Air carrier and its sales agent using the web-site whereof the reservation was performed, is obliged to timely inform the passenger about changes in the reservation, made by the air carrier. The air carrier shall introduce the information about changes in the reservation to CRS/GDS not later than 8 hours before the departure. In the other case the sales agent can’t be held responsible for timely informing of the passenger about changes in the reservation.
