Charter transportations

24.1 The air carrier performing charter transportations, when concluding an agreement with the customer, has to provide services rendering and refunds provided for by these Rules.
The air carrier enters into a contract for air transportation separately with each passenger.
The issue of compensation to the air carrier for costs associated with delay or denial of transportation should be reflected in the contract between the air carrier and the customer of the charter flight (block of seats).
Tickets for charter flights are considered invalid until the date of payment to the air carrier, which actually performs the flight, the cost of the charter flight.
Refunds and booking confirmations are carried out in accordance with the terms of the agreement concluded between the air carrier and the customer of the charter flight.
24.2 Tickets for charter flights are valid only for air travel on dates and for flights indicated in them. The customer of the charter flight may change the dates of departure and return of the flight, provided that the customer of the flight (the contract carrier) has agreed with such changes with the passengers and the actual carrier (flight operator).
24.3 The provisions, mentioned in sections 4, 5 of part 3, parts 4, 5 sections 1, 4 of part 6, part 18 of these Rules are not applied to the charter air transportation.
