New regulations for passenger transport in the regions

On 11 October, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amended Resolution 1236, which provides for a change of regulations for passenger transport in the regions.
From 21 October, inter-regional passenger transportation will be permitted subject to the availability of the air crew and passengers of one of these documents:
- a document confirming the receipt of a full course of vaccination (international vaccination certificate) or a document confirming the receipt of a single dose of two-dose vaccine - form 063-O, which can be obtained immediately after the procedure from the vaccinated doctor;
- an international, internal or foreign certification of one dose of single dose vaccine or two doses of double dose vaccine against COVID-19;
- negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid test for SARS-CoV-2 antigen, valid for 72 hours .
The carrier shall be liable for all crew members of the aircraft and passengers,except for persons under 18 years of age, specified in the document.
The control of documents, according to the new rules of passenger traffic, is carried out by the airline staff at the airport, even in the presence of electronic boarding passes, so please consider the additional time for this procedure.
