The new flexible ticket reissue and refund policy

We understand the current COVID-19 situation, so we have applied a new flexible procedures for reissue or refund of tickets, which were purchased prior to March 11, 2020, including international flights for travel during the period from March 12 to April 30, 2020.

For WINDROSE Airlines international flights operating from March 12 to April 30, 2020, one change date allowed for free during summer navigation flight period by October 24, 2020. Full refund is permitted only if the flight is cancelled.

• Rebooking is permitted for the own flights in original booking class or first available booking class by original route or for rerouting tickets.
• For code-share flights rebooking is only allowed in the original class. Rerouting is prohibited.

First change according to the data confirmed by the passenger is free. If passenger does not wish to change the date for free, the refund can be done only according to the fare rules applied in the original ticket.

This procedure is valid only for WINDROSE ticket stock for individual reservations and cannot be applied to group reservations. For group reservations reissue and refund procedures please be in touch with Airline Contact Center.
