Attention to passengers

In accordance with the official statement from the President of Ukraine and Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2020 № 287-р regarding prevention of the spread of COVID-19 virus several measures have been taken in order to protect lives and health of Ukrainians.

In relation to this, starting from 00.00 hours on March 16, 2020 foreign citizens will not be able to enter the territory of Ukraine. The only exceptions are those foreigners who have permanent or temporary residence permit, spouses or children of citizens of Ukraine, employees of foreign diplomatic missions and consular posts accredited in Ukraine, representative offices of official international missions, organizations accredited in Ukraine and their families, drivers and service personnel of freight vehicles, crew members.

Entry to Ukraine of any other categories of foreigners or stateless persons shall be agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

From 00.00 hours March 17, 2020 until April 3, 2020 scheduled international flights will be closed.

Regarding tourist flights from Ukraine to Egypt. Flights on March 14, 15 and March 16, 2020 will be operated without any restrictions. Passengers, who previously departed from Ukraine with tourist flights will be returned according to the schedule. Please check details with your tour operator where your tickets were purchased.

Scheduled flights to Sofia and Bucharest on 14, 15 and 16 March, 2020 will be operated without any restrictions. Tickets costs for international scheduled flights purchased between March 17 and April 3 are offset.

Domestic flights in Ukraine will be operated according to the declared program in full volume without any changes.
