Refund

Refunds for purchased tickets are made by the specialists of the Contact Center when the passenger applies to the e-mail 7W@windrose.kiev.ua The cost of paid tickets is reimbursed only within the rules of the fare chosen when booking. Other factors that have changed the plans of the passenger or air carrier are also taken into account.

The cost of additional services / overtime baggage paid by the passenger (except Seat reservation, Premium SKY Party, Econom SKY Party, SKY Flowers services) is only compensated if the passenger refuses to receive this service no later than 12 hours before departure or if the flight is canceled by the airline.

The cost of the Premium SKY Party, SKY Flowers services paid by the passenger, will be compensated ONLY in case of passenger's appeal not later than 48 hours before departure, or if this flight has been canceled by the airline.

The cost of the Economy SKY Party and seat reservation paid by the passenger, will be compensated ONLY in case of passenger's appeal not later than 24 hours before departure, or if this flight has been canceled by the airline. (seat reservation refund is not possible in case of application after opening online checkin)
