Changes in the procedure for reissuing tickets (from 31/03/20)

Dear colleagues and partners!

Please note that starting from March 31, 2020, "Windrose" Aviation Company will update the procedure for reticketing issued on 7W (461) forms witch had been purchased for flights canceled due to force majeure.

We are sympathetic to the current situation, therefore we provide an additional opportunity for free rebooking of tickets:

1. On the own domestic flights of "Windrose" Aviation Company, it is allowed to change the date and direction to the other flights of Ukraine free of charge and an unlimited number of times before the expiry of the period of validity of the acquired ticket.
2. On the own international flights of "Windrose" Aviation Company free rebooking is allowed according to the following conditions:

• for seasonal international regular flights, a free change of date and destination for 1 international flight or for 3 flights by Ukraine is possible until 31.12.2020.
• for international regular flights operated throughout the year, a free change of date and destination for 1 international flight or for 3 flights by Ukraine is possible until the end of the ticket validity period.

We remind to inform the passengers that they can change the date and destination at any time, both before and after the date of the cancelled flight. All the ticket data is stored in the system, so the passenger has time to consider when it will be convenient to use the ticket the next time.

On scheduled and not cancelled in advance flights of the Airline, please refund or rebook your tickets according to the rules of the applicable fare.
