'SEAT RESERVATION' Service includes the advance booking of most favorable and comfortable passenger’s seats onboard for extra cost.

From now on passengers have the unique opportunity to book the seats on-board (except emergency rows) via tour operator/ travel company or on via Additional service.*

For the means of safety, seating in emergency rows (marked with pink indicator) of the aircraft is prohibited for:

1. infants (INF), children of 2-16 years old, unaccompanied children under 16 years old.
2. passengers with reduced mobility and other physical disabilities (INAD, DEPA/ DEPU).
3. Pregnant women.
4. Passengers, carrying animals onboard.
5. Foreign passengers, who poorly understands Ukrainian/ Russian/ English language.

In addition, infants (the INF) should only be seating on extra oxygen mask seats (marked with blue indicator).

! For the means of flight safety, the Carrier has the right to change passenger's seat reservation from one seat to another and this action will be followed by  refund via the purchasing point.

*If you purchase a ticket on our website, additional service will be available for online booking just after you buy your ticket and up to 4 hours before flight departure.

If you purchase a ticket anywhere but our website, the additional service will be available for online booking since 19:00 o'clock of the day before flight, but no later than 4 hours before flight departure.

** While booking Additional services the price shown in c.u. (currency units) will be specified in UAH at the exchange rate on the current payment day. Price is stated per one person and includes only one-way flight service.

Please note that the cost of additional services / luggage is compensated ONLY for passengers who refuses from the flight for which these services are purchased. In other circumstances, refunds are not possible.
