By purchasing tickets online directly from WINDROSE official site, Online helpdesk helps you to:

  • change the name, date and / or the flight, according to the rules of your booking fares
  • upgrade your service class
  • reserve your favourite seat for exta cost,  SKY menu and other additional services.
  • pay for services online easily via credit card.

To do so you should:

  • connect to chat  on the airline official website.
  • specify your booking number and the desired service option.
  • when receiving the confirmation from the consultant, check out the electronic bill that could be paid with credit card linking the appropriate secured webpage of payment. Currency authorization - UAH, converted according to the commercial rate.
  • as a result of the successful payment, receive the confirmation on your email.
